*Note: Contributors, know that I was recently convicted of "technical battery" for the putting of three tow-away stickers on a Briarwinds Board of Director (John Chiarenza) shoulder by the pool with over 15 witnesses. The attorney, John Chiarenza, jumped up and said "battery, battery', did everyone see that?" He was able to get the Office of the State Attorney prosecute me for battery. I pled "not guilty" as I did not hit anyone. The judge asked me if I put the tow-away stickers on his shoulder and I said yes. The judge then said it was "technically battery" and gave me a year of probation. And the judge issued a one year "stay away order". I asked that the judge define the stay away order. "No harmful or illegal contact with John Chiarenza" was placed on the stay away order. Chiarenza was successful in having me falsely arrested for alleged violations of the stay away orders. During the year that followed Chiarenza was arrested for vandalizing my political signs. Another stay away order was written, which Chiarenza violated and produced 4 police reports. The State Attorney Office, who brokered the mutual stay away order chose not to act. Chiarenza, who moved into Briarwinds Condominium Complex in December of 2006, got appointed to the Board of Directors inthe fall of 2007 and his major task was to generate a case to "get rid of Denny Wood" which lasted until July 8, 2011. Chiarenza would produce photos of alleged rule violations at a eviction trial, was the "star" witness and producer of "rule violations". I was evicted and that case is on Appeal. I currently have a lease until 2050, and pay the rent into the court registry.
I would like to add that two times, once on a bus, I have been struck in the head by a passenger with the bus driver as a witness. The State Attorney chose not to prosecute.
The second time I was going to the bus, water sprinklers covered the sidewalk and street. I knocked on the door, returned to the sidewalk. A woman emerged and I pointed to the sidewalk. A man then emerged, came to the sidewalk and hit me in the head for "kicking his door". The State Attorney chose not to prosecute this case.
Clearly, there are different rules for attorneys and people confined to wheelchairs at the Office of the State Attorney.

** PayPal is a very useful service. Using it to make purchases online is totally free and secure and provides the additional free benefit of allowing you to create one-time-use credit card numbers when buying online. With PayPal you never need to give anyone your actual credit or debit card information when purchasing. Even if you don't have a debit or credit card but do have a bank account, PayPal allows you to make credit card purchases and payments with a unique single use card that protects your account from any future charges unless you authorize them again. Even for individuals, PayPal will allow you to accept a credit card payment from others, paying only a small transaction fee and no monthly fees of any kind. This is great is you wish to sell some old attic stuff in an online auction or classified ad.
Note: PayPal is not a sponsor or supporter of my campaign...I just provide this information because I thing this is a very valuable and useful tool for people.
